INFORMATION REGARDING THE HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS

Orien Patrimoine undertakes to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within ten days and to provide you with a response within a maximum of two months from the date your complaint was sent.

At the end of this period, or if you are not satisfied with Lux Heritage’s response, you may contact:
